Unlike a frontier model that states everything with equal confidence, we flag exactly which claims need a human's eyes — a claim we cannot resolve against its source of record is flagged or abstained on, never quietly passed. No system is perfect at this, ours included; where we get it wrong, the refund above is the remedy, and we would rather write that here than argue it later.
What the guarantee covers on source-pack reviews
When we check your report against your own documents rather than a public registry, the promise is narrower and we would rather say so here than in a dispute. We guarantee that a figure we report as agreeing with your source genuinely matches it, and that a figure we report as disagreeing is quoted accurately against the source row we name. We do not guarantee that your source documents are themselves correct — we reconcile what you gave us, we do not audit it. And we do not claim to find every checkable figure in a long report; anything we could not check is listed, with the reason.
Liability capped at your fee
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid — we refund what you spent, never more. Clear, bounded, honest.
